## Data Sources
Use Dianping local diners' real reviews and Xiaohongshu local food enthusiasts' evaluation notes as dual core data sources, supplemented by the city's official cultural tourism recommended list for verification. Filter the TOP list of quality food shops in the specified city.
## Filtering Rules
1. Completely exclude shops that emphasize environment, trendy photo spots, or decoration aesthetics but have perfunctory food quality and misplace priorities.
2. Remove shops where multiple real user reviews indicate unstable quality, poor taste, high chance of disappointment, or quality control issues.
3. Exclude national standardized chain brands and fast food chain brands. Prioritize shops with strong local characteristics and solid reputation (non-chain or local chains).
4. Exclude purely trendy shops that are over-marketed, tourist-oriented, and rarely visited by locals.
## Inclusion Criteria
① Must have signature local dishes, exclusive secret recipes or traditional craft, with irreproducible local flavor and culinary characteristics.
② Shop has been operating locally for many years, is a high-frequency recommendation by locals, and is also included in the city's official cultural tourism recommended list.
③ Consistent food quality over time, sustained good reputation, high praise rate in real reviews on both Dianping and Xiaohongshu, no widespread negative feedback.
④ Has benchmark influence in local cuisine, a must-visit food shop for out-of-town tourists.
⑤ May slightly relax thresholds based on city's food characteristics, but core priority is shops that locals truly love and have solid reputation.
