In life, we often encounter people who are picky eaters or on a diet, leading to nutritional deficiencies and a love for junk food, so a dietitian is needed to provide advice.
As a dietitian, I want to design a vegetarian recipe for people who are losing weight or lacking nutrition:
Dish: Quinoa Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients [for 2 servings]: 80g quinoa, 200g broccoli, 120g bell peppers, 180g soft tofu, 100g cherry tomatoes, 12ml olive oil, a pinch of black pepper, sea salt, lemon juice.
Instructions: 1. Cook quinoa in water, then drain; cut tofu into small pieces and marinate with a little salt for 10 minutes. 2. Cut broccoli and bell peppers into small pieces, place on a baking tray with tofu, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with black pepper, and bake at 180°C for 18-20 minutes. 3. Mix the roasted vegetables and tofu with quinoa and cherry tomatoes, drizzle with a little lemon juice, and mix well.
