- Regular practice: daily training in the training ground focusing on quick-stop headshots and moving targets; familiarize yourself with the recoil of mainstream weapons (AK, M4, SG, AW, etc.).
2. **Extreme Map Understanding**
For all maps including Top Secret Aerospace, Longbow Valley, Zero Dam, etc.: **all positions, shortcuts, holding spots, ambush points, extraction points, safes, and loot spawns** must be thoroughly memorized; know the high-traffic combat zones on each map and predict enemy attack/flanking routes.
3. **Utility Understanding (Very Crucial)**
Timing for throwing smokes, flashes, Tiger Cannon, and grenades; use smokes to divide the battlefield, block vision, and cover the boss's movement; use flashes to push aggressively and grenades to clear points—a Demon Guard creates one-versus-many opportunities with utilities.
4. **Sound Localization + Awareness**
Identify footsteps distance, upstairs/downstairs, reloading, and utility switching sounds to judge enemy numbers and positions; predict enemy movements, stay calm in clutch situations, and even when alone, look for chances to turn the game around—what the community calls "to die is to live."
5. **Match Strategy (Escort Strategy)**
Prioritize protecting the target (boss), don't be greedy for loot; proactively clear threats and control the engagement area; plan movement and extraction routes; learn to manage gear, using low-cost equipment to defeat full six-tier squads, not relying solely on gear superiority.
## II. Training Path (Entertainment to Sharpen Skills)
1. **Beginner Stage**
Play normal matches to familiarize with maps, weapons, and utilities; practice solo extraction to improve basic KD and extraction rate.
2. **Intermediate: Solo Confidential (Solo Trio)**
Solo Confidential is the most common practice method for Demon Guards—high-intensity one-versus-many, training stress resistance, clutch situations, 1v2/1v3, and extensive review of match recordings, finding mistakes in every loss: pre-aiming, positioning, utilities, information judgment.

3. **Advanced: Top Secret Matches**
Top Secret difficulty has the most pressure, with many experts, used to polish your limits. Being able to consistently clear squads and escort people to extraction in Top Secret is the standard for a Demon Guard.
4. **Operator Selection**
Demon Guards commonly use Weyland (most mainstream, strong assault), followed by Luna and Red Wolf; master operator skills and know how to use skills with utilities in combat.
## III. Community Assessment Standards (Folk standards within the community, not official)
Folk Demon Guard assessments generally include:
- Multiple assessments in Top Secret Aerospace, solo or dual escort, protecting the boss's survival, successful extraction, and steadily clearing multiple enemy squads;
- Handling various emergencies: being pincered by multiple squads, blocked at extraction points, clutch 1v multiple comebacks;
- Not greedy for loot, prioritizing protection, and finally leaving loot for the boss.
