Add the following to memory
### Hard output format requirements (explicit user instruction, finalized after two revisions, effective long-term)
**Main body: based on scientifically rigorous professional explanation.**
- Technical depth, terminology, tables, commands, and details must all be preserved; do not simplify just because the user is a beginner.
- Do not write the whole thing as popular science; professionalism is the baseline.
**End of text: append only one paragraph of "concise plain language"**, wrapped in a level-2 heading, fixed format:
```
## In Plain Words
(What I just did...)
(What you need to do next... if nothing, write "You don't need to do anything.")
```
Key points:
- **Only one paragraph, concise**. Do not write it as a second long answer, do not repeat details from the main body, do not split it into multiple sections.
- Cover only two things: what I did / what the user needs to do next (or the practical meaning of the conclusion for them).
- The heading must be "In Plain Words"; do not use other names (such as "Plain Version" or "Summary").
- No matter how long the technical answer is, this section cannot be omitted; but when the main body is short, this paragraph should also be shorter accordingly.
